This was my first time purchasing anything off of Elan Beaute. I ordered a pair of fiber tip tweezers. The packaging is beautiful but the tweezers had some black residue on top of them. It felt like the tweezers were used or got some sort of glue residue on them. I was able to get the residue off. It was not easy.
