CAN I SHOP YOUR LASH SUPPLIES WITHOUT A PROFESSIONAL LICENSE?

yes! you don’t need a license to buy from us. however, our products are made for professionals, so we do ask that buyers have the skills and experience to use them safely and responsibly. some states don’t require a license to do lashes, while others do—so just double-check your local rules before offering services.

DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT PRODUCTS?

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. if you haven’t received your email due to an incorrect email address, please fill out a ‘wrong email address’ form at our customer support tab that can be found here.

all orders take up to 1-3 days to process before shipping even after we create shipping label!

we are so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with some of your items :(

we only offer returns in the form of store credit and/or exchanges within 30 day policy for unopened & unused items only.

tweezers are only accepted after first use!

we do not offer refunds for liquid products or items that were purchased ON SALE items.

however, if you wish to return/exchange. we unfortunately do not offer free returns currently so it will have to be made at your own cost.

WHAT IS ROUTE?

Route is a package protection service that helps make sure your order arrives safely and undamaged. when selected at checkout, you'll get a tracking number and can use their app to see real-time updates on your package.

if you choose not to use route, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

PACKAGES BEING SENT BACK TO US DUE TO AN INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

call your local UPS to see if you can still claim your package if it is still being held. If not, contact us through support@elanbeaute.com with the correct shipping address.

once we receive the package, it will be sent back to you and you will be contacted with a new tracking number. customers are responsible for shipping fees to resend the package. otherwise, a refund will be issued for products only.

MY PACKAGE GOT DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. we ship orders exactly as they are entered at checkout.

if a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. in these cases, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.

MY PACKAGE CAME DAMAGED CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?

yes! if you insured your order with Route at checkout, you are able to file a claim with them to get your damaged products replaced or reimbursed! Photos of the damaged/deficient product and packaging are required for damaged shipping issues within 15 days.

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT! IT MIGHT BE LOST OR STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?

if you insured your order with Route at checkout, you are able to file a claim with them to get your LOST/ STOLEN products replaced or reimbursed! shipping issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received, can be approved no earlier than 5 days after the “delivery date” and no later than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.

unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.

LASH EXTENSIONS

DO LASH EXTENSIONS RUIN YOUR NATURAL LASHES?

if applied correctly, then no! as long as your lash artist applies the lashes or fans to only one natural lash, then there should not be any damage. if the lash is applied to more than one natural lash, it may cause some discomfort and permanent loss of natural lashes because our lashes grow at different rates. the correct lengths and weight should be applied depending on the health of your natural lashes.

keep in mind that when you see a lash fall out with your natural lash attached to it, this is completely normal and part of our lash shedding cycle. that lash has reached the end of it’s resting phase, also known as the telogen phase. a new lash will grow, replacing the old one. we can shed up to 3-5 natural lashes a day!

WHAT ARE THE MOST NATURAL LOOKING LASH EXTENSIONS?

in terms of what kind of set, the most natural looking lash extensions would be a classic set. this is when 1 lash is applied to 1 natural lash. classic sets mimic what your lashes would look like when putting on mascara, but even longer! many clients who are getting their lashes done for the first time often go for the classic set because it is not as dramatic or full as a volume set but it’s still simple and beautiful.

in terms of curl, we find that c curl, which is commonly used, is the least dramatic because of how loose the curl is. it best suits those whose lashes grow naturally straight or slightly downwards to help open up their eyes more. c curl is flattering for all eye shapes but not for natural lashes that grow very downwards.

ARE LASH EXTENSIONS REALLY WORTH IT?

yes! eyelash extensions are totally worth it. you don’t have to worry about putting on false lashes, your lashes coming unstuck, or carrying lash glue around. you can skip the mascara and lash curler, saving so much time getting ready—and you wake up feeling beautiful every day!

lash extensions can last up to 4 weeks, but to keep your set looking perfect, it’s best to come in every 2–3 weeks. by then, a few lashes will naturally fall out, and you’ll need a fill to replace any gaps or remove any outgrown lashes that might weigh down your natural lashes.

HOW DO YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR LASHES IN BETWEEN FILLS?

lash fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. make sure to wash your lashes twice a day, morning and night.

not washing your lashes can lead to buildup of dirt and makeup, which may cause irritation or infection over time. brushing your lashes daily keeps them fluffy and prevents tangling. try to avoid heat that could affect their curl or texture.

any skincare or makeup products with oil applied directly on or near your lash extensions can make them fall out faster, so keep them at a safe distance.

CAN YOU CRY OFF LASH EXTENSIONS?

  • soft silk – our og lash tray, perfect for beginners. this is the only collection we offer in .02. our trays usually hold a tighter curl compared to other companies, but soft silk holds the tightest curl of them all!
  • velvet mink – our softest lash tray! great for all fanning methods and perfect for creating super fluffy mega sets or closed fans for soft, wet, wispy looks. we also offer them in an easy fan version.
  • cashmere mink – our best seller! the least curly of all our trays but gives the darkest, richest finish. ideal for creating a matte, eyeliner effect.
  • royal mink – our most lightweight lashes. super feathery with a dark, matte finish. this is the only collection we offer in .01 and .04.

WHAT ARE EASY FAN LASHES?

easy fans are a specific type of lash tray that has a thin layer of adhesive on the base of the strip. this allows for ‘easy fanning’ as the bases do not come apart or fall loose as regular lash trays do.

DO YOU SELL PRODUCTS THAT ARE GOOD FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

we sell sensitive glue, sensitive tape, and sensitive shampoo!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR GEL AND CREAM REMOVERS?

they both work the same for removing lash extensions in just 10 minutes! the main difference is their consistency.

our cream removers are thicker, making them easy to apply without getting on your client’s eyes or skin. our gel removers are thinner, so just be careful when applying as they can be a bit runnier.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR FOAMING AND GEL SHAMPOO?

foaming cleaner is the most common type of lash shampoo. it gets foamy and sudsy, making it perfect for everyday use.

gel cleaner is great for overall cleaning—not just the lashes but the entire eye area. it’s highly moisturizing and gentle on the eyes.

we recommend it for clients with a lot of residue or makeup left on the lashes, or for new clients with no lashes at all, to give them a squeaky clean prep.

it’s also perfect for a lash bath after a removal, helping reduce any leftover white residue that may appear from shock polymerization.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR SHAMPOO AND CONCENTRATES?

shampoos are ready to use right out of the bottle.

concentrates are a condensed version that need to be diluted before use. they’re perfect for creating lash shampoos you can sell to your clients!

WHAT ARE YOUR BEST SELLING TWEEZERS?

WHICH OF YOUR TWEEZERS ARE GOOD FOR BEGINNERS?

our e01, from our 45 degree angle tip collection, and our e03, from our 90 degree angle tip collection, are great for beginners because of their shorter tips.

for isolation tweezers, our straight isolation tweezers are easy for beginners to work with. e06, our curved isolation tweezer, has a bit of a learning curve but is a total game changer once you add it to your lash kit!

WHAT IS YOUR BEST SELLING ADHESIVE?

for advanced artists, we recommend hot babe! this is our strongest, fast-drying adhesive, giving your lashes up to 4 weeks of retention. drying time is 0.5–1 second, with a temperature range of 60–74° and humidity range of 45–65%.

for beginners, we recommend cool babe! this slower-drying adhesive takes 1–2 seconds, with the same temperature and humidity range, making it easier to work with while still giving great results.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR BOSS BABE AND SUPER GIRL ADHESIVE COLLECTION?

our boss babe collection is our og line of glues! we created the super girl collection to be their more affordable counterpart.

the super girl collection does have a slightly bigger range for humidity and temperature, but all formulas are very similar to each other. our adhesives tend to have thinner viscosity levels and only majorly differ in dry time or color.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE FOR YOUR ADHESIVES?

unopened adhesives last up to 3-6 months. opened adhesives will last 4-6 weeks.

please note: shelf life of your adhesives are dependent on how your glue is stored!

WHAT ARE SIGNS OF A BAD GLUE?

Signs of bad glue are:

  • Gray appearance
  • Separation after shaking
  • Stringy immediately upon use
  • Completely hardened and cannot be dispense from the bottle
