• OUR POLICY

    we accept returns for store credit and/or exchanges only within 30 days of purchase. all items must be unopened and unused to be eligible. at this time, we do not offer free returns. all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. we do not offer refunds on liquid products or on items purchased on sale.

  • EXCEPTIONS

    tweezers are the only exception and are accepted after first use.

RETURNS PROCESS

  1. submit your return request within 30 days of purchase using our returns portal.
  2. make sure all eligible items are unopened and unused (tweezers may be returned after first use).
  3. once your request is approved, securely package your items and ship them back at your own cost.
  4. after we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive store credit. or an exchange if the return meets our policy requirements.

refunds may be considered in certain circumstances and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

liquid products or sale items are not eligible for return.

STORE CREDIT

we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether it’s been approved or denied. if approved, the amount of the return will be issued automatically as store credit on an élan beauté & supplies gift card.

DAMAGES OR DEFECTS

please submit a form to our customer support team or email them at support@elanbeaute.com for any deficient or damaged products so we can help resolve the issue. our team will review your submission and get back to you as quickly as possible!

MISSING OR MISTAKEN ITEMS

LOST OR STOLEN RETURNS

we completely understand how stressful it can be when a package goes missing, and we want to support you every step of the way. once your order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

if you added ROUTE shipping insurance at checkout, you are able to file a claim with them to get your lost/stolen produced replaced or reimbursed.

for packages marked "delivered" but haven't arrived, we ask that you wait at least 5 days after the delivery date before filing a claim. claims can be submitted up to 15 days so we can be sure it wasn't misdelivered or found elsewhere.

for packages without ROUTE, we no longer give reimbursements under any circumstance.

SALE ITEMS

all sale items and items purchased during promotional periods are final sale and ineligible for return.
