All Orders Placed On Elanbeaute.com Are Processed Monday-Friday And Shipped Within 3-7 Business Days.(Excluding Major Holidays And Weekends)
ORDERS THAT ARE ALREADY PROCESSED CANNOT BE CANCELED. 

SHIPPING PROCESS TIME

Once Your Order Is Shipped You Will Receive An E-Mail With Your Tracking Information. If you haven’t received your email due to an incorrect email address, please fill out a ‘wrong email address’ form at our customer support tab that can be found here: https://www.elanbeaute.com/pages/customer-support


ALL ORDERS take up to 1-3 days to process before shipping! Regular shipping takes about 3-5 business days while priority shipping takes about 2-3 business days. International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship!

(e.g: WE DO NOT PROCESS/ SHIP ORDERS ON WEEKENDS. Therefore, orders placed on friday will not be processed until that monday morning!)

DELIVERY INFORMATION


Your tracking information will update you on your delivery status. Please note that if your order was over $100+ it does require a signature. A signature is required so that we can avoid theft or lost packages. Please be present during your delivery time otherwise if the package is not claimed, it will be sent back to us. 


PACKAGES BEING SENT BACK TO US DUE TO AN INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS: 

Call your local usps to see if you can still claim your package if it is still being held. If not, contact us through support@elanbeaute.com with the correct shipping address and once we receive the package, it will be sent back to you and you will be contacted with a new tracking number. 


LOST, STOLEN,  OR DAMAGED PACKAGES (without ROUTE):


** WE NO LONGER GIVE REIMBURSEMENTS FOR LOST/ STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES WITHOUT PACKAGE PROTECTION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! **

DEFICIENT/ DAMAGED PRODUCTS


All Goods Are Thoroughly Inspected To Ensure They Are In A Sellable Condition Prior To Being Sent To The Customer. However, If The Customer Discovers That A Good Is Faulty Or Damaged (“Deficient Product”), The Customer Must Notify ROUTE Within 30 Days Of Delivery.
