This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to: legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on March 30, 2026 at the time the official giveaway post is published on Instagram and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing all of the following steps:

1. Follow @elan.beaute
2. Follow @strawberryshortcake
3. Like the official giveaway post published by @elan.beaute
4. Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the giveaway post

Bonus Entry (optional):

• Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @elan.beaute so the share is visible to Sponsor at the time of review.

Entry Limits

Each unique comment tagging a different friend counts as one (1) entry.

Repeated tags of the same account may be disqualified.

• One (1) visible Story share with tag to @elan.beaute counts as one (1) bonus entry
• Use of fake accounts, bot accounts, spam behavior, or automated entry methods may result in disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and entry compliance.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• the full Strawberry Shortcake x élan beauté Berry Besties Collection

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $419.86 USD

No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges associated with prize receipt or use are the sole responsibility of the winner, where applicable.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.The drawing will take place within approximately 5–7 business days after the Giveaway closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by direct message from @elan.beaute on Instagram. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial contact and provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor, including but not limited to:

• full legal name
• shipping address
• age confirmation
• eligibility confirmation

If the potential winner:

• does not respond within the required time,
• is found to be ineligible,
• cannot be contacted,
• fails to provide requested information, or
• otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules,

Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, missed, filtered, or otherwise undelivered direct messages.

8. Public Winner Announcement

After eligibility verification and confirmation, Sponsor may publicly announce the winner on @elan.beaute, including but not limited to via Instagram Story, feed post, or post caption. Any public announcement is supplemental only and does not replace direct winner notification by Sponsor.

9. Prize Fulfillment

The prize will be shipped to the confirmed winner at the mailing address provided after eligibility verification. Shipping timelines may vary based on location, customs processing (for Canada), product availability, and carrier delays.Sponsor is not responsible for:

• lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or damaged shipments
• customs delays or fees
• inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by winner

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s first name, Instagram handle, likeness, city/state/province, and any submitted or reposted giveaway-related content for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.

11. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to:

• be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway
• comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

• tampers with the entry process
• violates these Official Rules
• acts in a disruptive, abusive, deceptive, or unsportsmanlike manner
• uses multiple accounts, bots, scripts, or other automated means to enter

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform issues, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

12. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless:

• Instagram / Meta
• Strawberry Shortcake brand partners, licensors, affiliates, and promotional partners, as applicable
• and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives

from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants understand that they are providing their information to élan beauté & supplies inc., and not to Instagram or Meta.

14. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and related communications, in accordance with applicable laws and Sponsor’s privacy practices.

15. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection laws apply and cannot be excluded by law.

16. Winner List

To request the first name and last initial of the winner (or Instagram handle, if applicable), send a direct message to @elan.beaute within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.
