    all orders placed on elanbeaute.com are processed monday-friday and shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding major holidays and weekends). orders that are already processed cannot be cancelled.

    once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. if you haven’t received your email due to an incorrect email address, please fill out a ‘wrong email address’ form at our customer support tab that can be found here.

all orders placed during sale periods and holidays will experience delays!

liquid products or sale items are not eligible for return.

HOILIDAY SHIPPING TIME

order processing time during the holiday season is extended to 10-14 business days. please try to plan ahead and place orders early so they can be delivered in time for the holidays. thank you for your patience!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

all international orders from élan beauté & supplies may incur applicable duties, taxes, and customs feeds, which are the customer's responsibility. we cannot be held liable for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or regulations that may arise in your country.

we recommend checking with your local customs office to ensure your order can clear customs.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DISCLAIMER

we will process and ship your order to the address you provide, so please ensure that it is accurate at the time of checkout! once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the address, and any mistakes could lead to delivery delays or issues with receipt.

in the unlikely event that customs seizes your package, we will not issue a refund unless all items are returned to us in their original condition. if your package is returned by customs or local carriers, you may be responsible for return shipping fees according to your local regulations. we will refund the cost of the products, excluding any shipping charges, once we receive the returned items.

please note: by ordering from élan beauté & supplies, you are the importer of record and must comply with your country's laws and regulations. customs policies differ from country to country, and while most orders go through without issues, any additional customs fees must be covered by the recipient. if you choose to refuse the shipment or if it is returned due to address problems, we can issue a refund for the products once they have been returned to our facility.

when you select ROUTE at checkout, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. you can also download ROUTE'S mobile app to visually track your package and get real-time updates on its estimated delivery. it's an easy way to keep an eye on your goodies from our door to yours!

RETURNED PACKAGES DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

call your local UPS office to see if you can still claim your package as it may still be held there. if the package is already in route back to us, contact us through support@elanbeaute.com with the correct shipping address.

once we receive the package, it will be sent back to you and you will be contacted with a new tracking number. customers are responsible for shipping fees to resend the package. otherwise, a refund will be issued for products only.
